TOPOROWSKI’S CLIENT UNDERMINES LEGITIMACY OF TENANTS RIGHTS ISSUES

Attorney Mathew Toporowski, Albany NY, loses case in Troy City Court representing a tenant who made baseless claims against her landlord alleging that she had been illegally evicted.

Such claims were determined by the Court to be false and ruled that the tenant had entered into an agreement to terminate the lease. In spite of seeking tens of thousands of dollars in damages Toporowski’s client was ordered to compensate the landlord for the disgusting condition in which she left the apartment.
